Terms and Conditions

1. General : These Terms govern all sales of goods and services by CDN Industrial Inc., whether made via our website, by email, phone, or in person. All transactions are subject to these Terms unless otherwise agreed to in writing by CDN Industrial Inc.

2. Quotations & Orders : All quotations are valid for 3 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to acceptance by CDN Industrial Inc. Any modifications to orders must be confirmed in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment : All prices are in CAD, unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are COD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue accounts may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month (18% per annum). We reserve the right to suspend delivery on overdue accounts. WE ACCEPT COMPANY CHEQUE, BANK DRAFT, INTERAC E-TRANSFER, CREDIT CARD AND DIRECT DEPOSIT PAYMENTS. INTERAC E-TRANSFER TO info@cdnindustrial.ca (Auto-deposited). VISA/MASTERCARD : 3% PROCESSING FEE ADDED.

4. Delivery & Risk of Loss : Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. CDN Industrial Inc. is not liable for delays due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of goods to the carrier.

5. Returns & Cancellations : Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable. Order cancellations must be made in writing and may incur cancellation charges if the order is in process or already shipped.

6. Product Condition & Warranty : Goods are sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated. Any manufacturer warranties (if applicable) will be passed on to the customer. CDN Industrial Inc. makes no express or implied warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

7. Limitation of Liability : Our liability is limited to the replacement of goods or refund of purchase price, at our discretion. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
